Founded by Dr. Neil Naik and Dr. Laura Pellow, we bring over 15 years of combined experience and a shared passion for preventive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Laura Pellow
Dr. Pellow is a dedicated family physician in the Waterloo Region, with a focus on preventative care, early intervention, and evidence-based medicine. With extensive experience in office-based procedures, she provides compassionate, personalized care across all ages. She also serves as a Surgical Assistant at the Waterloo Regional Health Network hospitals and is an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University, helping to train the next generation of physicians.
Whether managing chronic conditions, providing skin health assessments, or supporting preventive care, Dr. Pellow is committed to high-quality, collaborative medicine tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Neil Naik
Dr. Naik is a family physician and Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University and the University of Waterloo, with a passion for technology-driven, equitable healthcare. His work spans urban and rural medicine across Canada and international volunteer work in Tanzania, shaping his commitment to accessible, high-quality care.
He serves as Chair of the Clinical Council for the Centre for Bioengineering and Biotechnology and as Regional Primary Care Lead for Cancer Screening in the Waterloo-Wellington Region and Ontario Health West. With a background in executive leadership and clinical practice, Dr. Naik brings a thoughtful, future-forward approach to improving healthcare access and system efficiency.
